If you have the JDM 440s.. get it cleaned.. ive heard some Supra say that the 440's flow just as much as 550s; they are underrated.

I would have a professional do it. I sent mine in to RC Engineering here in SoCal. They don't use expensive equipment for nothing. This way they can flow test it and tell you what the flow was before and after cleaning, and everything is way more accurate. They will give you a print out of everything.
Sweet deal. I called a couple shops around in my area and there is one down the street from where I live that can flow test and clean all my injectors for 40 bucks. Not to bad.
