will springs from a 98-04 GS300 fit a 93-97 GS300?

Not likely. are you looking to lower your car cause you can do it for around 200 - $300. Just look around someone may even be selling some in the classified section

find the springs for the model of car you own. suspension isnt' something to be cross referenced unless the OEM part numbers are the same. the spring rates are going to be different from different years.
