I was trying to replace my speedometer/tachometer bulbs. The bulbs are a Toshiba A14V3W, which I assume means a 14volt 3watt bulb. I went to the only Lexus dealer in Tulsa. They had 3 bulbs and I bought them but I need a few more. Autozone and Advance Auto Parts have similar bulbs but not all delineate the watts or volts. Some are around 1.3 volts which will obviously be alot less bright. They also are a bit smaller and don't fit tightly. Does anyone know the bulb number and brand which could be used as a replacement or does anyone know where they can be purchased other than the dealer?

I have also read about LED replacements but also have read about problems with this.

I'm just looking for direction for BOTH replacement and upgrade bulbs. I prefer white/clear bulbs over color tinted.
