95 GS300 are they OBDII???? I wondering this cause my friends owns a 95 supra TT here in chicago & he is exempt from emissions, So i'm wondering if this applys to 95 GS300s.....

Im not sure about chicago, but in Cali your only exempt if your car is older then 75 I think, My cars a 94 gs300 and its OBD1

I have 95 GS and I'm pretty sure it's OBD1. 96 and newer is OBDII.
About your friend 95 Supra TT, it is OBDI also. 96 was the first year with OBDII and that's why you won't find any TT with 6spd, but auto only. 6spd Supra TT return in 97 and 98 before Toyota discontinued the Supra.

like they said, 95 is OBD1

i dont know the rules in chicago, but here in cali it would be required to get it checked.
