just bought a 1st gen GS the car only has 81,000 on it and she's a 93. I was thinking of flushing the old tranny fluid and putting new fluid and filter in, now in my past experiences with cars as soon as I start fooling with the trans fluid and filter the tranny decides to kill itself> How much does a new or rebuilt tranny cost, (for anyone wondering) when I buy used cars I do a complete drain and refill of all fluids and a completely new cooling system including new radiator> because I dont know how well the last person took care of the vehicle feel me! ( oh yeah the car goes back to the dealer for these things.)
