I have a 1992 Toyota Aristo, can't seem to figure out what type of headlight bulb it takes. It looks like a 9006 or 9005 but they dont seem to fit! Or is it me? Id like to know what it is to source out HIDs thanks!

 

the usdms take 9006 an the high beams take 9005 but i believe the aristos are 9005 for the low beams

I had the same problem 9006 and 9005 didn't fit! they where too fat.. I ended up unscrewing the peice that holds the blub in putting the 9005 i think in, (search i opened a thread like 1 month ago about this) and putting on the little plastic peice

I dont know why but 9005 or 6 didn't fit eaither.

 

So I picked up some 9005 bulbs, but the connectors wont fit a 9005 bulb. Also th 9005 bulbs fit inside the slots but it wont turn to lock them in?? The connectors fit a 9006 though. I bought some 9005 pigtails and will let you guys know how it went!
