body work and WORK JDM wheel
only shot that converted right.. restoring the spoilers and mounting.
The trunk lid and the spoilers were all from an ARISTO. that is the OE finish of the lid as well as my car.
The doors were stripped, treated and painted inside as if it would be seen out in the open. you can see it through the door handle.

engine bay stripped and painted
As you can see, no more cruse, abs or trac. All you see are braided brake lines need to clear it out because of the HKS mainfold, turbo and racing intake takes up all the space.

more trans see the down pipe. 4"
even with jet hot down and mid pipe there is a lot of heat in this area. above this inside the passenger side is the AEM EMS. I'll be monitoring the temp this summer and if it gets pretty bad, I'll have to either wrap the exhaust or install fiberglass heat deflectors to migitate the heat transfer into the cabin.
for racing, a single 4" pipe is what will be used. its all V-Band so fitment is exact and quick to change.

more trans, here you see the electronic speedo sensor
speedo sensor its electronic and must be calibrated to send the right rmp and mph to your gauge. the wire to the pan is the trans temp sensor. the gauge is in my glove box.
Can you tell the trans tunnel mods near the firewall? after the reshaping it looked as if it came from the factory already shaped to allow the SP400 to fit in just right. I can't find the pic of the final outcome of the trans tunnel before the install. I'll post if I find it along with the shifter installs and mods.

trans from the driver side with shift cable
Again notice the firewall... can't tell. the wireloom is new wiring for the tranny it taps into the wiring harness and pinned out for the AEM. My dash lights PRNDL2 are now just light bars and tied into the AEM. the lights change at specfic RMP settings so no more guessing when to slam the shifter into the next gear. This is awesome! no vid's yet but wait until you see it.

D2 Coilovers Front
look at the suspension and OE wheel... not much clearance this is why offset is very important to consider when picking wheels.
Sorry this is the rear.. next pick is the front.
When you install the D2's and depending on your wheel size, its likely you will need all four wheels aligned.
All suspension is being refreshed before I race it this spring.
