Anyone use leatherseats.com?
Hey, have any of you used leatherseats.com to redo your interior? The seats are a little old and dry (and bland grey) on the gs300 I'm looking to buy, so I'm thinking about just redoing the whole thing. If you have used leatherseats.com how was your experience and would you mind posting some pics? What color seats do you all think would look good in a black car? (two-tone is an option, nothing too flashly like red for me)
I have a complete set for the Grey interior. But its a diffeent shade of grey, its lighter. I didn't install it yet and may go with custom racing seats.
The leather is high quality but color matching is not 100% but close. its not cheap! if you shop online you'll find a complete set of grey front and rear seat. in the right color. there's a set right now for sale online on the popular auction site.
You can DIY the install if your handy otherwise I'd recommend finding a place that will do it. and can match the color closer.

I used leatherseats and went back with the original tan interior. I am very satisfied with the color and quality of their kit. I got in on a CL Group Buy and I think I paid close to $900 for the entire kit and installation hardware because of the leather upgrade needed for our GS because of the larger sized back seats. If you are patient and mechanically inclined you can do it yourself.
I did mine on the weekend. Did the fronts on Sat. and the backs on Sun. It can be done in one day If you want to dedicate that much time at once. I decided to keep the stock color because it is "clean" and if I decided to sell the car it would attract a wider array of buyers.
Also: I didn't choose my own color from their samples, I told leatherseats what interior I had and went with their suggestion. If you don't have tint on your car, fading from the sun can possibly affect color matching with the door panels. But I had no problems.
