regular or synthetic
Just got my GS and plan on getting an oil change. I have about 160,000 miles on it! What grade oil do I use? And do I go reg. or synthetic moter oil? Any suggestions
I use 5w-30. You can change to synthetic if you want, just know your gonna pay a little more. As far as a brand, Royal Purple is the best(IMO), but you can use whatever kind you want.

Any 1st geners ever tried lubro moly? I've never heard of it but I came across it in another thread royal purple
