The only thing that scares me about no-name wheels is: if you bend or break one, will you be able to find a replacement a year or two from now?
even a cheap wheel with a lot of spokes like that should be pretty strong (HP evos are pretty strong, I've put mine through lots of abuse and haven't bent one *knock on wood*)
