$10 for a 1-day subscription. Just download everything you can get. Hint: I ran a search for the word "the" and it listed all the chapters in the manual. Then you save them all and you have yourself the whole deal. Put the different chapters in different folders, or it will get confusing.

 

Yep, I thought about that too. I'll wait for a day when I'm not doing anything and I'll download everything in there.
