Trac and Check engine light?

Trac and Check engine light?
Anyone know what would be the issue with the Trac and Check Engine light coming on for the first 1 minute of starting the car. It then disappears. Is this an indicator of something?
my "light out" icon also comes on but my lights and bulbs are all good.
Any Advice would be helpful.
