Hello,
I'm looking at a Toyota Aristo offered by a RHD JDM site as a project/fun car. In one of the pictures I see something that looks like rust bleeding through the carpet. I'm getting ready to pay $300 for a remote inspection but thought I'd ask if anybody knows what this is. Thanks in Advance.

 

Never-mind I got sniped. No record of purchase but the car disappeared from the sellers website. Oh well.
