Auto Motion 2011 Wisconsin Dells May 19-22
Anyone going to Auto Motion in the dells this year? We are going on May 19th till sunday the 22nd. This is our 8th year going.
Think of it as the Woodward Dream cruise, just trashier. There are tons of awesome cars, everything from old hotrods, to lambos. Just its in the dells. It is an INSANE awesome time though. Great people watching.
We've already got our rooms booked at the beautiful and clean flamingo motel. (can you sense my sarcasm?) So if you would like to go, might want to start calling around to book a room.
I'll be there with a few different forums and car clubs. Miata, Honda, Nissan, Subaru etc. So it doesnt matter what you drive.
If interested in hanging with us, our weekend goes a lot like this (loose outline):
Thur night: Check in, dinner, some drinks, bed
Friday: wake up, car wash, drive the strip a few times, hang at motel for others to arrive.
Friday night: dinner, drinks, hang out in front of motel and watch/heckle cars as they drive by.
Saturday: wake up, go to breakfast, then leave town to the back roads of wisconsin for a nice drive. Head back to the motel, start drinking. Then sit in front of the motel again, watch heckle cars and then make our way out to a bar. Then who knows what we get into.
BBQ'ing is thrown in there quite a bit.
Only 2 rules though,
1: no one under 21 can drink. we catch you, you're NOT hanging with us.
2: once you start drinking, we take your keys. If you have 1 or 2, thats cool. But if you're pounding beers, you will NOT be driving.
