Germain Lexus of Dublin
Anyone else in the Columbus area?
Pretty good experience thus far at Germain of Dublin getting service done. Convenient online service scheduling and great loaners. My IS 250 has this clicking/rattling/vibrating sound coming from somewhere in the passenger side that is just frequent enough to be extremely annoying.
My first visit they fixed the shaking rear-view mirror problem, however the rattling noise did not get resolved, and when pulling out of the dealership my dash (apparently the car had sat under the sun for awhile) sounded like it was literally falling apart on the ride home from all the cracking/popping/rattling noises. I took it back last week and they insulated the dash no questions asked (not sure how they reproduced the issue since it was a relatively cloudy and cool day) as well as performed the seat squeak TSIB. They also special ordered a new door panel, which hopefully will resolve the aforementioned rattling/vibrating noise that's still there.
Also if anyone has experience with them, will they do custom labor (i.e. install aftermarket exhaust, headers, etc)? I was thinking of having an AVIC F-series aftermarket NAV installed and figured who better than a Lexus dealership!
