Germain Lexus of Easton (Columbus, OH)

after getting 8 cars from them and knowing just about all of their techs on a first name basis (prior friends) i would suggest them. 4 ls' from the first up to the 430, 3 rx's, and an is250 and all have had next to zero problems. only problem we had with a car was a battery went dead and they immediately came to my house and replaced the battery within an hour of calling.

I live in Northwest Ohio which puts me in the Toledo market, but I wasn't too impressed with my experience thus far with Lexus of Toledo. Not bad, I just didn't get a good vibe from my various communications with them.
I've been into Lexus of Easton and it's a nice facility (didn't talk to a salesperson), but there isn't many dealership options for me locally. I'm in Columbus a lot so I will be sure to check them out. Any person in particular I should talk to in the sales department? I'm looking for an IS350 or maybe a deposit on an IS-F.

I would suggest my old salesman but he quit right after I got the is250 due to his child being killed. Your best bet is to walk the showroom and let someone help you. good luck on your next purchase
