I no longer commute for work and so do not use it anymore. Works perfectly.
I have had it mounted via velcro to top of rearview mirror, so I am leaving the soft velcro (the "loop" portion) on it and letting new owner remove if desired. The suction cup windshield mount is packed away somewhere--if I find it I will send it, but I wouldn't count on it if I were you.
