CHP 11-99 Foundation Plate Frame
Up for sale is my like new CHP 11-99 Foundation license plate frame. The 11-99 Foundation assists CHP officers families who have been killed in the line of duty. These are ONLY given to people who make a LARGE donation to the foundation (there are several levels of gifting). Police officers notice this and sometimes(at their discretion let you go) with a warning. It is like new and want $300.00 USD. Shipping will be extra.
