I loaned my MBP to a friend and it got trashed by their kid. (I'm getting full ebay value price for it)

I'm looking for a 13.3 or 15inch AI book, with either and Intel core 2 or a i3,i5 version. Basically Late 08' or newer. If yours has the ram that is accessed through the L-bracket in the battery pit, or has a separate button from the track pad. Its too old and I cant use it.

Not concerned about the hard drive, ram, or OS (have those from dead MBP. It just needs a super drive, and has to be clean and the screen needs to be perfect.
