Good luck with that it's a tethered jailbreak only, and unlock only if you can preserve your baseband.

tethered jailbreak isn't that bad, you just got to be mindful of the battery life. The phone shouldn't die if you charge it ever night and under "normal" usage. As for the unlock, since its a 4.3.5 the baseband is most likely not preserved, but you can use a gevey sims to unlock it. The gevey sims are ~$10 on ebay for the knock off, or ~30-40 for the official ones. I current;y using the gevey and it great, it's just once in a while you have to go through the process to unlock it, but it is worth it for the iphone 4!
