btw, it has the older software upgrade when the 3gs came out - this has not been upgraded to os4/iphone4 software, but if you want it i can do it. i just did not want to upgrade just in case people wanted to jailbreak it.

 

3g is jailbreakable and unlockable on ios4, FYI
