Bought this used off Ebay, works perfect, I just went back to my old phone to save some money by not having to pay for internet/email on the phone.
There are no scratches on the screen, it's clear. There ARE some on the case, from it being dropped. I did purchase it like this, it does not affect it, and you can get a new case for relatively cheap. Trackball works perfect, it's been wiped to factory settings as well. Best BB for VZW, better than the storm if you are a crackberry addict.
