if you have Nordstrom in your area you should try taking the Gucci item back there (if they sell it). they have a great return policy and will give you money back even without a receipt as long as its still new and they sell it. just an fyi for all of you.
not sure i wasn't the one who went to get this. one of my boss's friend did and he told me no return... and i never bought these kind of stuff before 500 for wallet i'll spend that on my car lol...
