This is new in box, Bought my girlfriend 1 and ordered accidentally 2 of them, so I got this extra one, but don't want to pay the 15% Restocking fee So selling this one with shipping included for a little bit less but not much more than I bought it for. This MP3 player is one of the best Flash MP3 Players, my girlfriend loves hers!
