Default Snap-on MT2500 Scanner with Lexus updated prom and TONS of extra's

I'm gonna make this short and sweet... everything you see is what you get and it all works like new and is in mint shape.

I'm not going to link you to Ebay where they are clearing over $1300.00 for one with all these options..... nor am I going to list each part and price to show over $4,900.00 new with all the extra's. If you know what this is and how much each one of the extra plugs cost per plug.... you already know my asking price is LOW.

You go to Ebay and start with the scanner body @ $300 then start adding each individual parts from there and building this collection yourself will end up over $1500 buying USED parts.

**Lexus prom update to 2003!

Yo..don't mind my ignorance...but wtf is a scanner?

When I think scanner, I'm thinking a radar detector...correct?

Sorry for the dumb question..I'm just curious.

Don't blast me OLT

code scanners can tell you anything about the car part that has electricity running through it and a sensor on the other end.

how much gas is flowing through your injectors, if a cylinder misfires, what sensors are on and off..... list goes on and on.

If you have a turbo project, this is a must for total monitoring. You'll know what every single wire in the car is doing.

A little more clarificaion on this scan tool. This much, much more than a
code reader. The primary cartriges allow you to read live data directly
from the ECU. Can be used to look for sensor drop outs or bad/incorrect
sensor values. The troubleshooter cartriges provide you w/ FULL code
definitions & TIPS on solving the PROBLEM. Also in another section of the
troubleshooter provides sensor definitions & accepted values/ range
charts. Basically You are provided enough info to diagnose & repair your
own car.

Some smaller repair shops still use this as their only means of diagnosing
check engine lights (up untill 4 years ago MOST shops) due to the
affordable price. (The new Snap-On Modis is 7500-12,000 depending on
upgrades) This would be a great tool for any weeked warrior, hobbiest
or smaller repair shop.

I would be all over it but I already have 1 & spent more.
