Definitely. We should all link up and park together. I don't really know the Orlando area that well. You locals can be our tour guide.

 

If I do make it out I can take care of the group and make sure we all get together to ride in and park together. O-town has been my back yard for practically all my life so we will be good to go. I still think everyone should meet up over at the Mall at Millenia exit and then I will lead the caravan into downtown Orlando. We really need to decide a time to get to the meet.

Personally I know this thing is going to be nuts so honestly we should get there at 8 am. I know that may sound early but believe me you will thank me later. Let me know what you all think so we can get something concrete set for everyone soon.

I'm down to meet early. I gotta check with my crew and see if their early risers too. The mall is about 25 minutes from our hotel and the meet is about 20 minutes from the meet. Maybe we can try and meet up closer.

 

that sounds like a plan 8 am isn't bad at all, I've heard a few people talking about 6ish This is going to be sick!

 

Best place to meet that is literally right next to the event is the 7 Eleven on colonial right by I-4. It's different because it has an exterior wall surrounding the corner where the gas station is at and they have a fairly large parking lot for all of us to meet up in. From there we can take orange avenue and run right into the meet. This works out better since we will be 5 minutes away. Let me know what you think of that idea and meet there by around 7 40 am and give everyone a little time to meet up with us and the roll out together.

Yea I don't put it passed people to get there by 6 am. That's how crazy this event is going to be. 8 am should be good enough. Just need to make sure we are all on the same page so we all don't get lost and show everyone what CL is all about

Im not sure you guys getting there at 8am is a good idea. The Meat starts at 10. The 2 hours between 8-10 is going to be used to set up all the venders and parking for the Meat. Not sure if they'll be letting people park that early.

Unreal This is going to be too crazy....

Every meet that I have ever gone to (especially if it is a car show...which I know this is not) always allows people to park early hours before the meet actually starts so those people can get the best spots and get organized...that way those who come in late do not cause even more disorganization then there will already be for this event.

The only time a meet did not let people in early and had them wait outside the venue was any of the Route 66 events over in Sanford which I believe V2 Lab may have done at one time or another. Either way if you still wanted a good spot you needed to be there early regardless of when it opened to the people of not.

I'd rather get there early and chill out with the CL crew outside beforehand anyways...but if we get to go in at 8 am then it works out for us too since we will get good spots as well. Either way we should still get there at 8 am the latest IMO but I'm open to suggestions.
