If you are looking to replace your windshield or your insurance company gives you Lloyd's Auto Glass in the Orlando, FL area as a company to do so, avoid them at all costs! Their workmanship and customer service is awful! After all the problems I had with them last year, they came out this week to fix the strip along side the windshield that was never put on correctly and put a 2 inch gauge in my paint down to the primer. Thanks!

thanks for the info. i have to do this soon. i have a small crack on windshield from a rock chip. i was thinking of calling Safelite since i always hear their commericials.

It's going to Lexus today so they can look at the scratch and tell Lloyd's how much it was cost to fix it. What a pain!
