Ok. Im posting this here simply bc i want some local help.

My sc3 came without the magazine for the CD changer. So I bought one on ebay.
Got here yesterday. I tried it out and the magazine seems to work fine, but the h/u says ERR.

So I was extremely pissed bc im sick of listenig to the radio. If anyone knows how to fix this/ had this problem/ has an extra CD changer theyll sell, or give if you dont use it. please

And I know there are a lot of sc's in the area and I know some of you have had this problem so just help me out.

I got the cd changer from my 93 SC. I'm not sure if it works because when I bought the car it had an aftermarket head unit. Just give me $5 if you want it.

Mr. Klean has one also but the cartridge from the dealer only cost about $20 if I'm correct..My car came without one also and I think that's what I paid for it..

Yeah I have the cartridge so thats fine. its just the cd player thats not working. If hes willing to sell it and just show me how to hook it up ill buy it. between that and SH_JZ330's

I'm on pine island and commercial blvd. It's real easy to remove and install. Probably takes about 5-10 minutes. I will probably install it for you depending if I have the time.

you have to remember SOME cd changers will give you "ERR" message on your h/u because of burn cds..

ohh ok. ill try out a different cd. but regardless i wanna play burnt cd's so i guess ill try to find one that doesnt

The only guy I know that plays burn CDs is Wicked SC

I just tried it out. and yeah it is that it only doesnt work with burnt cd's.
I guess I might try different brand CD's or something.

Buddy just to let you know most burned cds/mp3 cds won't work because of different formats on them. You will have to go with a aftermarket cd changer or use the tape player adapter for a Ipod or burned cd.
