Whats up fellas. Im out in Orange Park, but am in Jacksonville every day. I got a '99 GS4 and I do most of the work on it. Unfortunately, one of the few things that I don't mess with - timing belt replacement - was f-ed up and now the guy has to pull the heads to fix some bent valves. Anyway, can't wait to get my GS back.

It was not at a dealer, but someone I know. Now the guy has to pull the headers to fix his massive mistake. I have heard of Lexus dealerships that have made the same mistake, so I am assuming it is kind of complicated, but I would think you want to be DAMN sure that the timing is correct so you dont have to pull the heads. Of course, if I didn't get my timing belt replaced, it would have broke on me and I would have had to pay for the valve job myself - the car still had the original timing belt at 127K miles. At least he has to pay for the extra parts and doesn't get a dime for the extra labor he puts into it. I am just missing my DAMN car!

Dang.. We're out hitting up mall locations, the beach, etc.. handing out fliers on nice cars for the Sibling Rivalry event here in Jax.. you know how hard it is to find modded Lexus's?? Just about the only things I come across are IS300's.. so I hope to see some of you Jax peeps at the event!

stock pretty much...but i just got the wheels. i dont drive my car much...i usually drive my accord to work. i seen yours driving north on US17 in the mornings sometimes.

I live in Jax also. I havent seen any modded solar yellow IS3.
IS_250 I saw your IS @ Publix St John Town center. Car looks SICK. Because of your car my wife is thinking of the IS350 instead os 335i. What did you ended up getting?

a buddy of mine saw it yesterday. it was bought a few hours after the put it on the lot. i hope the new owner takes care of it.

Ahhh the forbidden zone.....Yes San Jose is pure evil.....too many cops running around there rampant for my liking. So this meet is Aug 4th eh, i might stop by and check it out. Hopefully this damn rain will cease by then.
