Yeah, I think I'm going to like it. I've been following what you and others on different forums have been posting about your experience with the car and decided to get one to play around with, at least for a little while. Went pre-owned and saved over $30k, so if I decide to keep it, that's my battery replacement fund, and a little extra for other fixes. These cars don't seem to have a lot of reliability issues, but as my dear old Dad told me when I was 16, if it has t1ts or tires, it is guaranteed to give you trouble at some point, so plan accordingly.

My dad said something similar, except he was from the old country so his went something like "don't let your wives come between you, your property, and your brothers". Basically the G rated version of what you said 🤣

Just a supercharging stop in Batavia, New York.

Sometimes it's more fun driving in the US - on a 65 mph stretch of the 490 East, the traffic was going at 80 mph (130 kph) and it felt like I was "flying" lol

Responding to a 3 year old posting. Things have changed for us. For about a year now we are an EV only household and love it. Tesla Model Y Long Range and Ford Lightning. No regrets going all EV.

We have our trusty Lexus RX450H to our adult daughter who lives near us, since it was too good a vehicle to sell.

I got you beat...four EV's 2022 Polestar 2, 2023 Tesla Model Y, 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5, and 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV (technically, daughters car). And here I am, thinking I'm unique 🤣

Just curious about your story, what made you decide to go all EV? For me it's the smooth, efficient drivetrain, the fact that I can charge them at home, and pretty much no maint other than checking tire pressures, Windshield wiper fluid, and the yearly cabin filter
