Thats just it, its not large outside at all. Its the size of a 5 series. Its large inside for its exterior size, not small.
That is so interesting I had to do a quick search. The length is comparable at approximately 196” for each model, but I’m seeing a new 5 series listed at 73” wide and the Lucid Air at 76” in width.
Someone else was in the backseat at the same time and it felt like there was barely enough room between us for a 10-year-old in the middle seat.
They have a showroom near where I live so I looked at it about a year ago. Once I saw the clam shell trunk design I was no longer interested. Such a strange design.
Same is true of the Plaid, its a tradeoff with EVs, big tires kill range.
Here we go again, this is a car you can buy from the factory and drive everyday lol, its entirely different.
Yeah and there will be less of them in a year than people buy upgraded Trackhawks this year alone lol! Those have a warranty and are from a factory and are driven every day with mid 2s.....plus many other combos that do it without insane setups or strange maintenance intervals. A lot of the AWD forced induction cars have claim to that now with nothing more than remaps and maybe turbos, all cheaper than these and you can actually buy them right now.

Until next year when they are all gone.
However you slice it, these EVs are impressively fast. 0-60 sub 3 seconds is not common, 2 seconds is extremely rare.
Saw my first Lucid Air on the road this morning. I thought it was blue but apparently it doesn't come in blue and I can't remember the color but I know it had a silver roof. I thought it looked great and I would actually consider one. I thought it looked very sleek with the low roofline and not too much like a big sedan like it seems in most pictures. The headlights and tailights looked modern and really good.
Only thing I noticed that didn’t look great was the wheels looked a little skinny and didn’t fill out the fenders well.
