Yes I would like to hope it's just software. I was assuming that they used tons of the same components in the Juniper Y as they did the Highland 3, including the air vents. I'm hot natured and I live in southern FL, so the AC on the Juniper in its current state would be a deal breaker for me.

That would be a deal breaker for me as well. Especially if I lived in South Florida

Yeah I have a saying in my work where customers talk about certain software platforms and they'll say "It works great until it doesn't." This felt like one of those moments - 3 years of ownership, never once had an issue using the screen to position the air flow of my vents. And then I was sitting there on the Juniper like "there should be an override"
