Is This a Good Lease Deal on an Ioniq 6?
I know little about leasing and so could use some help. The following information is provided by the dealer's website for a 36 month term/10,000 miles per year/$212 per month payment. I'm awaiting some additional numbers:
$52,810 - MSRP of 2023 Ioniq 6 SEL AWD
- $11,000 - "Discount"
- $7500 - "HMF Lease Cash"
- $7500 - "2023 Ioniq Special Financing"
$26,810 - Cap Cost
- $2000 - Due at Signing
+ $2241 - "Taxes and Fees" (supposedly sales tax and plate fees for the 3 year term)
$27,261 - "Estimated Adjusted Cap Cost"
Is this a good deal? Do these number make sense?

Make sure all those discounts actually do stack, dealer websites are notorious for stacking discounts that suddenly don't when you're getting the deal done. For example, are the HMF Lease Cash and the 2023 Ioniq Special Financing different discounts and separately stackable? Sometimes these are dependent upon whether are leasing or financing, so you might actually get one or the other but not both - but the dealer website will show both. if it all stacks up it will be hard to beat a 52K MSRP car for 212 per month!

On the Auto Buyers Ioniq 6 review someone posted in the comments they have a 2yr 12k mile, no down payment for $239/month lease for comparison.

I just requested quotes from 10 other dealers so will see sort of numbers they come back with. It's been my experience (at least when buying) that there is always a dealer that will sell for less, sometimes much less. Tomorrow should tell the tale!

The best deal on a Lease always starts with the same as a buy. What's the price of it is before all the discounts and fees.
Also you could get really burned if you end up driving over 10K miles per year, with the cost per miles for overage at turn in. Don't let them add a Extended service contract either. Yes they still will try in Finance on a Lease.

Good luck! The deals I was quoted at my Hyundai dealer for an Ioniq5, were not honored. All rebates/discounts that they stacked, couldn't be. It's just an illusion.
It's obvious from the OP's list, they won't be taking off both lease and finance cash. It would be hard to do both.

I have no idea how that's even possible. No dealership around here would give anything remotely close to that. Best offer I've seen is an Ioniq 5 SEL AWD for $299 a month, 24 months/10k a year with $7500 credit from Hyundai and $2500 down, taxes and license not included. But they will never actually give you that deal because the car with VIN they link it to will be "sold" already

Op here is talking about an SEL, not an SE. What you shared is the advertised deal for an SE.

if it seems too good to be true...

This offer is what first attracted my interest. However, there are no SE models available in Ohio (and damn few anywhere else) at present making it seem bizarre that this offer has been made.
