A long term client of mine has a Model X in fact he was the first person to get me interested in Tesla a company. As complex and sometimes problematic as the doors are, they are incredible I hope Tesla never gets rid of them. Of course they are electric and bend on 2-axis they articulate in the most space efficient way possible. That's the point of their design.

Can't see the video anymore, but love my X Plaid....plenty of space, very quiet, and freaky fast with lots of amenities.

Took it out with the family and my sister's kids to the snow with no problems and even hauled a set of 6 wheels and tires....
