BYD stock is not 10x under valued come on, if it was you'd be a blithering fool not to invest.

Back to Tesla.

As much as I like Tesla's products, this is why Elon as a CEO needs to be put on a leash:

Tesla removes Disney+ from vehicles amid Elon Musk’s Twitter beef with Bob Iger

I don't care for any of his Twitter shenanigans so long as his companies continue delivering good products, but letting his own stupid online feud affect his vehicles like this is something only a petulant child would do.

i 100% disagree with you. philosophy and ideology matters. we're seeing the corrosive and divisive consequences of trendy ideology these days. someone recently said something is wrong when you go to a celeb hollywood party now and half the attendees are proud at least one of their kids is trans. nothing against trans, but when it just becomes the trendy thing to do, with often non-reversible consequences, we have a problem. disney seems to basically want to remove any 'identity' in their characters so no one is 'offended' (not that they were anyway) and everyone is 'included' and that's pretty lame.

how do you propose putting "elon on a leash"?

Removing Disney+ from the cars just seems petty and couldn’t be a dumber move and I don’t even watch Disney+ in my car.

I agree it's a petty move, but I hate Disney with a passion. I would never let my kids watch Disney, and all their programming is stupid and geared to make people stupider. Good riddance. Just my opinion BTW 😁

Musk needed Twitter(X) to keep Tesla.

The two are intertwined but without X he's gone from Tesla and without Tesla there is no X.

There is a whole other dimension to this that I can't go into on here...

So that's all I have in that.

Whenever I'm thinking about the qualities I admire most in business leaders, the very first things I always look for are thin-skinned narcissism, pettiness, petulance and vindictiveness. So well done Elon! None of this quiet competence we see from losers like Tim Apple, who could only grow his business to a measly $3tn market cap when that time could be far more productively spent dropping white hot memes, falling out with big customers and of course throwing out a little anti-semitism for good measure.

As an aside, some of you saying this is OK need to ask yourselves some serious questions.

I agree he's petty, and should completely keep Tesla out of his politics and antics, my dislike for Disney aside. As far as being anti semitic, I think that's a label being thrown around way to freely to shut down people. I'm a semite (or at least half), so I can say that. Again, just my opinion

I think we can all agree it's just insane that he even gets himself involved in all that stuff, right?

I can't argue with that. I really would normally not care, except for the potential to drag his companies down, especially Tesla. Hopefully he doesn't have a scorched Earth policy

It's not insane at all.

I know exactly what he is doing and why.

i'd spell it out for everyone but if I have to do that people wouldn't understand it anyway.

Took me many years to figure it out and the only person who has come close is Dr Shiva with his "Swarm theory".

Elon may or may not be a good guy but he's trying not to be gobbled up like pacman and that's why nothing is what it appears...

The stuff on media is just for public consumption... lol

Elon's stupid online feuds have no place in anyone's car, nevermind a completely separate organization from X. And it's not so much about whether it's Disney or any other org that he gets mad at, it's about the fact that the functionality of a vehicle that people paid for can be taken away with the push of a button on the whims of an insecure billionaire.

Elon claims to be a proponent of free speech, not the smartest move to silence his enemies.

Yeah I have stock in Disney and they suck! Stock has plummeted the last couple of years but I’m still in a gain position. I still watch their content and some of their stuff is getting worse and worse. There is always an underlying political message in everything they put out these days.
