Default 2007 ES350 recall???

Recently bought a 2007 ES350 about 10 weeks ago. Mint, 65000 miles. Well serviced one owner vehicle. Loving every minute of driving it. I am new to Club Lexus. Browsing the forums there are quite a few postings regarding recalls and various (non recall) mechanical problems.
How do I find out, or is there a way to find out if the vehicle I own has ever been issued a recall, or a service bulletin advising of a potential problem/defect that should be given attention?
I would appreciate any advise or recommendations. Thanks.

Welcome.
I know that there are 3 recalls available:

1. Trunk latch
2. Floor mats/ECU reprogramming
3. VVT-i oil hose

PM me the VIN number and I'll check with Carfax.

P.S. Where you got that car from?

First two recalls are done for sure, not sure about the third.

The VVT-i hose is an important one. You should research to see if its been done.

Yeah, that's an important one. The first two are pointless.

You could also sign up at "Lexus Drivers" website and enter your VIN to check the car's history.

That said, the VVT-i hose....is this it? Just want to double check that my car's had that replaced..

That's the hose but you should check what kind of hose they put in. The all metal one or the ****ty one?
When they did that?

Yours is rubber for sure.

The VVTi hose recall came out in august 2014 and I think they switched to the metal one, but because I am out of US I bought all metal hose from the Lexus dealer for 20 euros, it took me around 3 hours to change it and that's it.

This is where you can put your VIN.

This is the recall I'm talking about:

It's interesting that this campaign was extended. I wonder if too few owners were having it done when the original one came out? My '07 was done in early January '10 just after I traded it in on a 2010. Nothing was issued during the time I had the '10.

First there was only a TSB. Not a recall.
They have to do that because there are too much owners that had to tow their cars to the dealer because of the VVT hose.

My 2007 had this done in 2010 is it the VVT-i hose? It does not look like but I would like to be sure before I ask to have it done. Thanks!
