After seeing all of the recent photos for the new ES … i came across this from Toyota.

It sure seems more premium-looking inside than the new ES. Thoughts?

Yes, but this is not made by Toyota. It is BYD.

This car is for the China market only. Cost around $26,000. (USD) and has a range of approximately 435 miles on a charge. ESH is correct it is built by BYD for Toyota.

Edit: Found out that BYD stands for "Build Your Dreams"...

This is horrible.
I'm not gullible for Chinese gadgets.
I also don't like 10 year planned obsolescence; I prefer 20-30 year longevity.
