Default Cracked Winshield

Hello all,
I have a couple of meandering (approximately 7" and 12") micro-cracks in my 2022 ES350. They are both running generally across the windshield (versus vertically). I kept hearing what sounded like rattles that had not been there before and saw the very faint cracks when driving toward sunlight yesterday.

A few weeks ago the dealer took apart my sunroof, retorqued the bolts, and put some new hardware in an attempt to eliminate a fairly significant metal to metal snapping sound when I went over significant parking lot thresholds. Unfortunately the sound is now worse and more frequent than before the dealer got it's hands on my car. But this post is not about that.

The question have for you is, do you think the work the dealer did on the roof and behind the dash recently, could have led to stress on my glass windshield, resulting in the cracks?

Hmmm, "behind the dash" sounds suspicious... What was done behind your dash?

Pano roof or standard sunroof?

The pano roof assembly could "interact" with the windshield since they butt up against each other, but its not necessarily the cause.

Are the windshield cracks towards the top of bottom of the windshield?

Pano sunroof.

The dash comment was related to a climate system blower motor cover replaced at the same time the sunroof work was done. It eliminated a high pitched whine that had been present. Figured they had to take apart some of the dash to do that work.

Cracks are 1/3 down from the top of the windshield.
