I have a 2025 Lexus ES300H. The problem is my wife is 4'10" and she needs a pillow so that she can see clearly over the dash because of the extra hump on top of it. She has a pillow but its a pain scooting the pillow and adjusting. I thought If I could elevate the seat equally on the front and back it would make the drivers seat more comfortable. Is there a product available or how I could achieve this. TKS for any help.
I think the base trim has a 10-way power driver seat. My luxury trim has a 14-way driver seat that includes a vertical adjustment. I do not know if the vertical adjustment is only with the 14-way seat. I am six feet tall and keep the seat adjusted as high as it will go, which does not make my head hit the roof. I still depend on the parking assist cameras to tell how close the front of the car is to whatever I am parking close to.

We used blocks and longer bolts on a Pontiac Tempest for my 5' Mom. Worked on that
manual control bench seat but did reduce the headroom for Dad and I.

So you’ve raised the seat all the way up as high as it will go? I’m 6’1” and if I raise the seat all the way up, my head (hair, at least) is pushing into the sunroof shade. I can’t imagine even a very short person can’t see over the dash at that height.
