I upgraded the sway bar on a 2023 Lexus ES300h Base to Progress Technology - 28.5mm Adjustable Solid Rear Sway Bar (62.2191).
The OEM sway bar was 8 lbs. The Progress sway bar was 17 lbs. The thickness was almost the same (28.5mm). The Progress bar came with brackets and polyurethane bushings.
The ride was harsh when I used the polyurethane bushings, so I went back to the OEM rubber bushings.
I used the outer hole on the sway bar, ie., the softer setting.
The car doesn't sway as much as before. Got the sway bar from Nextgen Tuning. Overall, I am happy with the upgrade.

That also means you get less independent wheel travel (harder ride). This is the very last car i'd to this to. in fact, i'd opt for a smaller sway bar and softer shocks in the ES. I want it to be floaty. Also white wall tires.
