Does anyone know if the "Center Vent is interchangeable" meaning will a RHD part fit on my LHD vehicle? I found one from a RHD salvaged vehicle. The part numbers are exactly the same as the Lexus OEM part except the last 2 numbers (One is 10 & the other is 20) . No one knows if it will work but I feel that the center dash is the center dash whether you drive on the left or right. Any advice before I pull the trigger on this would be helpful.

No, they are not the same.

 

Get the one with chrome around the vents. The 2010 onwards had them. They will look better than without the chrome.
