Oh I meant the pictures provided by James in the first page (his tutorial). They were helpful to get my kit installed. The disassembly is straightforward and he summarized the steps pretty well overall. From what I noted there are 15 screws on the black plastic trim, 4 screws on the yellow plastic trim underneath the black plastic trim, and 4 screws total on the white plastic trim (but you only need to remove 3 as the 4th one is the door lock post).
Follow his steps from the rear door and they pretty much apply to the front doors. As for the dash trim pieces, those just simply pop out from the side, I would remove the side panels too just in case and to give yourself more space.
As I said to him, the one thing he admitted was missing from his very helpful instructions and photos was the passenger side of the dash. Did that simply pop out from the side for you, like the driver's side did?

Sorry, missed that. Yes it just pops out from the side. You can pop off the speaker cover in the center behind the infotainment to make it a bit easier as well.
Also if you do replace, make sure to take off the little tabs on the back and put them on the new trim piece.
That turned our Great! You do Nice work and Thanks for the pictures too!
Can You change the colors on yours?
yeah can cycle change up to 64 different colors. I like it. The camera over processes and overexposed it but it's a nice touch. The kit had an LED strip to put on the back of the seats but that was too flashy for me
The dream dies: I wanted to replace my blah black wood with brown wood. But my friendly neighborhood Lexus parts counter guy just told me I can't buy it. They don't make the wood pieces for the doors at all, only whole door panels priced over $1,200 each. And the aftermarket only makes cheap plastic.

Ooof. Bummer. Yeah before I took on this project I was looking at door panel prices just in case, I almost backed out.

Too bad we can’t tag a post with emojis because you my friend would most certainly get this: 🤣
Junkyard wouldn't hurt to check out either. Some let you disassemble and then pretty much can name your price for the trim pieces.
Ive bought small interior trim pieces from a junkyard before. They most definitely did NOT let me name my own price for the cheap plastic. In fact they were pretty proud of it. It’s kind of their whole reason for existing you know…
