Default remove leaves behind grille

We had a beautiful sunny day here in Southampton, PA so I thought I'd get rid of all the dead leaves that were stuck

behind my grille. There was a previous thread about this and it is very easy and quick to do. You must remove all of the clips holding down the shield between the radiator and the grille. there are 5 clips that are removed by pressing down on the center until it clicks. Then the clip can be pried up and out. Took about 5 minutes to remove the clips and the shield then just lifts off. This gives you access to the area behind the grille where the leaves all get stuck over the fall and winter. I used a shop vac with a 24" extension to reach the leaves and just vacuumed them out. Replace the shield and reinsert the clips by placing them into the hole then pressing down on the center piece until it also clicks. This will lock it in. Done! The whole operation took less than a half hour.

Well done. I had the dealer do it on the last oil change and there was no extra charge😀
