Door "Lexus" logo lights are now available for the 2019's. I had them on my 2013 but Lexus changed the plugs in the door and the 2013's wouldn't fit. I ordered these from Ebay
for $16.99 for two. This is what they look like when the door is opened... They are plug and play and took me all of eight minutes to install both doors...
They came installed on my parents '19 ES350. They look just like yours, except they also display the name of the dealer. If it was my car, I would pull them out and replace them with the ones you have. They seem to like them, though.
The plugs changed in 2019. You cannot use any of the logo lights for model years before 2019 for a 2019... When I purchased mine back in mid June the F Sport lights for year 2019 were also available. Another member posted a question a couple of weeks ago as to where they could find them so I looked at the vendors on Ebay and there were none available. Currently, the only door logo lights I see are just the Lexus "L" within a circle. These are the ones I installed... If you specifically want the F Sport lights take a look on Ebay not Amazon...

I found these on Ebay. They are specifically for the F Sport model... Listing states that they fit the 2019 F Sport model and show the F Sport logo when the door is opened...
Just a reminder - the tiny plugs were changed by Lexus from the 2018 MY to the 2019 MY. Make sure these are for the 2019...

Sounds good. Takes less than 10 minutes to slip them in. I bought an interior panel removal tool kit from Harbor Freight. About $5.00. Used the one tool to pop out the factory fixtures without any damage and put the logo lights in. They really do look nice at night... And along with the illuminated threshold light really nice...

The dealer did that on our RC. They changed them a few days later. Very cheesy looking
