I bought them from MYLPARTS.com for $196.00 + 8.00 shipping. I used a panel removal tool available online at EBAY or at your local Harbor Freight store for about $5.00.
The first one took me about an hour and the second no more than 30 minutes. Once you have the original off and the kick panel removed, it's just fishing the cable along the weather strip and up to the terminal block where you simply plug it in. With 5 being the most difficult, I'd say a 3... BTW I have the complete instructions if you're interested...
