I bought my 2019 ES 350 UL on 28th November 2018
After few days of driving at around 200KM on the odometer or even less the front suspension started a clunk noise whenever I drive on an uneven surface or I drive over a speed bump.
After a long argument with the dealer, they replaced the front suspension rubber bushings on both the sides I will attach a picture. And since then everything is perfect
