Just purchased a 2019 model with 12.3” center display and just the regular backup camera. When in reverse the backup camera used to fill the screen but a few weeks into the purchase it no longer fills the screen. Anyone run into this issue and thoughts on how to fix?
In the non wide angle mode it used to fill the screen. Now there are black bars on the left and right. This isn’t an issue of toggling between the display modes.

Not sure as I never played with these settings. Check with the techies at your dealer.

It's a brand new car under full warranty. Call your dealer's tech service people. They will walk you through any settings over the phone.
