2019 ES Configurator is Live & Brochure
#2
Thanks for posting this, I've been waiting for it to go live!
I was expecting a $55k price tag, but looks like the ultra lux and F Sport are around 51-53k. More expensive than 2018s, but not too. It is $10k more than an Avalon... I'm interested to see if it's worth it.

I just did an Ultra Lux build with everything that I want - and don't want. MSRP was $50, 834.00. This included the pano roof @ $500.00 which I don't want but think I'd have to take nonetheless. Also I'd delete the optional 18" wheels @ $950.00. Only other addition is side moldings @ $199.99. Have to wait and see how these vehicles come in. Probably the UL cars will be loaded up. On a different note, just found out I'll be moving to Delaware where there is NO state tax on cars or anything else. About $3000.00 savings vs. Pennsylvania...

Am I reading this right that the FSport is only available with the Nuluxe fake leather?

In talking to a Lexus salesman regarding the 2019's and all their options, he explained that manufacturers are trending away from real leather and going to synthetics. I found this to be true with Audi which I looked at the other day, and Benz as well. Whether this is true I don't know, but looks like it's slowly happening. The NX that I looked at a few days ago - my daughter wants one - had Nuluxe. This was the first I had seen Nuluxe and I've got to say that I was very impressed with the look, feel, and quality. IMO it looks as good as real leather and probably wears even better. No leather smell...

I am fine with the base model except for the 8 inch screen. Just built one and you have to add a ton of options ($5,000) to get the 12.3-inch screen. At 45k i start to think of other car options.

Me and daughter looked at a 2018 Audi Q5 - with synthetic leather. Over $50,000.00... Upholstery was gorgeous, but synthetic nonetheless...
