No big deal.....we are all newbies at first!

Let me make a suggestion since you are on a thread someone else started. You may not get any good suggestions here. Start a new thread and title it "Dealer Recommendations (City, FL)." Your first post should be that you are looking for a good dealer or sales person near where you live. If you live in Miami for example a good dealer will let you tell them what you are looking for and find it for you. My dealer is in North Atlanta but they found my ES in New Orleans, did a dealer trade, sent a truck with the trade on it to New Orleans, and brought my ES back. I had it in a little over a week and the delay was because the N.O. dealer took their time telling my dealer which Lexus they wanted off their lot for the trade.
