yes, 12.3inch, with both touchscreen and mousepad.
updates:
- no lag as mentioned when using the in-built basic navigation display, including opening up 'dual-screen' with right side showing the 'music' panel. today drove for another 30+mins with this method
seriously not sure if it's AA problem or the infotainment system
also, to add on, previously did clear Spotify Cache, remove my other family member's usage, delink from alexa.... all din't help the problem
So what do you exactly do?
Do you exit out to Lexus navigation and leave the AA running in the background?

Not all 2022 has touchpad.
Mid 2022 models onwards, they removed the touchpad and it is touchscreen only.
Jan 2022 build ones get the touchpad + touchscreen.
That defeats the purpose. I love having the Google Maps..
I will try that next time.
I wonder if there is a way to turn off Google maps instead of exiting out of AA.
I have a feeling Lexus's graphic card cannot cope with AA but I cannot prove it.
I am using S10.
Android just got updated to latest. 11.7.641454-release. Will see how this version goes. I don't have high hopes..

Background: AndroidAuto mode is wired, to samsung phone.
- Connecting to Bluetooth wireless mode, using Spotify, does not have the intermittent pause/lag. So I'm eliminating Spotify as the main culprit.
Failed solutions:
- Problem remains using my son's Pixel7.
- Download the songs instead of pure streaming, no improvement
Am still trying to experiment with different solutions.
1. I disabled "hey google"/google assistant, seems to reduce but not eliminate the frequency of pauses/drop outs.
2. I switched the display to the basic navigation map, instead of the Android Auto one (where you can put google map and music info screen side by side), seems to work for my last ride of 30mins. I'll try again few more times. Regardless, this doesn't solve the problem if i need to use google map navigation instead of the built in nav....

updates: i've made few changes today and seems to solve the problem (30mins of drive only, will monitor further)
- in the apps settings, for both AA and Maps in the handphone, battery -> change to Unrestricted
- turned off "Alarms and Reminders" for Maps
Let me know if anyone else got success with the above, individual or combination of the solutions.

Sighs.. it din't work today, first song and it lag/paused again for sub-second... but no more lag for next 25mins or so, not sure why.
the only difference is, yesterday i put the map to the left taking the smaller area (1/3 of the screen), today i put as 2/3 size, and spotify 1/3 size.
I don't know if it is the phone or the Lexus.
What phone do you have? What AA version do you have?

It is strange. I don't think Lexus can cope with AA so it keeps freezing.
sighs, don't quite understand too. the only thing which works so far without lag/pause for me = not displaying the google map at all, and use lexus' in-built navigation map, or other screens.
That's a workaround but it is a really poor workaround.
I will see if infotainment update is available from Lexus to rectify this issue.
What version is your infotainment system?
This is mine:

same model but different parts number. But this is hardware right?
I give up already... nothing else works, other than not showing the google map
